是的，自信非常重要。在一些场合，即便没有什么把握，也要表现的很自信。比如创业中，就算困难再大，带队的人也绝对不能软，他一软，底下人就都软了。

为人处事，有内外之分，对外有谦虚和自信的技巧问题，但睡觉前，对自己，一定要实事求是。

太感动了！Park学长，听到你的话，我想到了自己今天和别人聊天的过程。

今天和人聊天，我在阐述自己观点的时候，讲到自己不擅长的地方时，就会停下来，想想自己的问题出在哪里。同时，我在讲给别人听的同时也在讲给自己听。每次阐述自己的观点以后都会发现亮点和自己的不足。

不过有一个问题就在于，有时候自信是必要的，这需要我自己通过实践去不断总结，感受何时应该停下来自省，何时应该自信地站出来，把握住机会。在面对优秀的人时，我似乎有时候更偏向于自省而不是自信了。

因此，是不是应该在讨论中多自省，在决策中多自信呢？怎样能把握得更好呢？

期待大家的指点。

呃，很受启发，对park说的那些工作了的人的状态还是蛮有感触…暑期实习回来觉得自己最大的收获就是学到了何谓外企的职业素养，也鉴定了第一份工作一点要到外企的信念…but 现在看起来这种职业素养还是很容易禁锢一个人的思想的，hiahia.anyway，希望工作后还能像师兄一样，常常问自己那二个问题吧~

开源和免费软件的质量，并不一定比收费的差啊，特别是在中小企业以及个人用户的市场中。

嘿嘿,对于咱国人的版权意识淡漠这里深有同感啊~计划下个学期尽量把电脑上的软件用免费或者共享软件替换~

开源软件的质量一直没有能够拼过现有的商业软件,这点是其最大的劣势;好不容易有个质量过硬的开源软件,又可能不符合用户习惯,唉

校内的API是很烂，感觉什么都抄facebook，第三方应用也像抄。
开源在中国还有很多路要走，中国还没有啥开源意识，而且开源在中国赚不了钱。
